一、普通材質(zhì)及工藝：
1、 Common material and process:
1、采用材料：采用非標(biāo)Q-220B級(jí)鋼。

2、電焊工藝：采用手工電焊技術(shù)。
2. Electric welding process: manual electric welding technology is adopted.
3、細(xì)節(jié)處理：冷鍍鋅或不鍍鋅。 油漆：均采用天津、無(wú)錫等地區(qū)生產(chǎn)的燈塔等油漆。

二、高檔材質(zhì)及工藝：

1、制作鐵藝大門(mén)采用的材料：采用的國(guó)標(biāo)Q-235A級(jí)鋼。

2 、電焊工藝：采用二氧化碳?xì)怏w保護(hù)焊。(焊接點(diǎn)應(yīng)均勻，氣密性能較強(qiáng)，牢固度為佳) 電焊條。

3、細(xì)節(jié)處理：室外均采用熱鍍鋅加工
